Subscriber Agreement Throughout this Agreement, the term "the company" will mean SmartRetirementInvestor.com, Inc., it’s web sites and all content and is deemed to include the owners, editor, publisher and all persons engaged in the production of content for the company’s websites and products.The company is not a registered investment advisor. If you take the free three month trial of the E-lert Service and decide to purchase a subscription, you don't qualify for the extra 6 months offer. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Flagler County, Florida, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this SmartRetirementInvestor.com website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. SmartRetirementInvestor.com is offered to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
